This ZYD-50 machine utilize all flange connection ways to instead of valve connection, greatly improve the sealing performance of whole equipment.

At the same time, adopting three stage vacuum working group, ultimate vacuum degree can be as lower than 10pa; work degree can be lower than 50pa.

With the help of Siemens PLC system and Leybold Brand Vacuum meter, it is easy to operate the machine.
